Two strips of adhesive and clearly visible tape (about 10x50 cm) will mark the starting positions of Tori and Uke (6 meters apart). The center of the competition area will also be marked with a strip of adhesive tape of the same size and type.
Competition mode: IJF/EJU – and DJB rules apply.
Each participant is allowed to start twice per Kata (once as Tori and once as Uke).
The competition will not be divided into groups. Should there be more than 10 pairs per Kata, it may be possible, that the four pairs with the highest grades will have to participate in a final round.
